Tasting Notes

Sauvignon Blanc contributes bright lemon-gooseberry aromas while Fernão Pires adds depth and complexity to the aromatics. Full in body and textured on the palate showing stone fruits and swathes of mint tea that carry into a long mineral laced finish.

Production Notes

Fermented and stored in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
