Wild Rose, Crisp Juniper & Aromatic Saffron on the nose with a palate of summer blossom, lemon sherbet & floral spice. Finishes with cracked black pepper, sweet rose & zesty orange.
Infused with Cornish saffron grown on the Roseland peninsula, probably one of the world’s rarest and most expensive botanicals.
20,000 individual crocus flowers were planted, harvested and their ‘Saffron’ stigmas plucked all by modern day "Crocurs" Brian and Margaret Eyers.
Southwestern Distillery was founded in 2013 with the aim of making great tasting spirits with integrity. Head distiller, Tarquin Leadbetter, uses traditional techniques, quality ingredients and old-fashioned equipment to achieve this.
