The Details

In a Nutshell

Cornish Knocker was Skinner’s first ale. It’s a golden ale brewed with Cornish water; whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops; Cornish malted barley and wheat; and Skinner’s unique yeast.

Tasting Notes

The taste of the delicate floral hops trails citrus with a slight pine bitterness and leaves you with a mild biscuit taste (posh ones, not your average digestive). A perfect pairing for shellfish, Thai dishes or a double cheeseburger with fries.

Production Notes

Made using Cornish malted barley and wheat. Hopped with Aurora, Northdown, Whole-flower Celeia hops.
