Sale or Return

Judging the right amount of wine or beer you need for a party or event can be tricky.

We’ll offer you advice and assist in getting the number right, but to give you that extra piece of mind, we offer a sale or return facility on all stock items.

All we ask is that items are returned to us in a re-saleable condition – with labels intact (and not fridge-damaged), un-open and that no more than roughly 25% of the initial order volume is returned. We are unable to collect wines sold on a sale or return basis so you would need to arrange to return it to our shop.

Sale or return needs to be agreed in advance and may not apply to special orders. Payment is taken at the time of or before delivery and returns are refunded in a separate transaction.
