Established in 2015 in Mullion, Curio’s passion for flavour is at the heart of everything they do. Their spirits are distilled a total of 4 times before bottling. Their gin is made using rock samphire hand-foraged from the clifftops around Mullion and the deep, rich chocolate notes of their vodka are obtained by using the finest Peruvian cocoa nibs.
