They say there’s no rest for the wicked and that definitely applies to Tarquin and the team at Southwestern Distillery!
Not content to rest on their tonka bean and clementine laurels, whilst snoozing their way though the winter, they’ve been concocting their latest limited edition gin.
The Cornish Crocus will not disappoint. Made with Cornish saffron, pistachio and rose petal. 20,000 individual crocus grown on the Roseland Peninsula were harvested and their ‘Saffron’ stigmas plucked all by modern day “Crocurs” Brian and Margaret Eyers.
The end result is a stunningly yellow gin with great depth of flavour. Aromatic and perfumed from the addition of rose and pistachio.
This won’t hang about so pick a bottle up while stocks last!
