If you’re planning a party or event, a polypin of ale is the perfect addition. A polypin is a bag-in-box of ale with a tap, which offers a practical way of providing real ale in mid-sized quantities.
Courtesy of the good folks at Skinner’s Brewery, we’re now able to offer their range of ales in both 18 and 36 pint polypins. These are available as either bright or with sediment.
Sedimented polypins have a great shelf life – up to 3-4 weeks – but they require time to settle prior to serving. On the other hand, bright polyins are ready to drink immediately but have a shelf life of 48 hours.
The entire Skinner’s range is available (subject to availability at the brewery) all we need is 4 day’s notice. We can deliver in Falmouth and Penryn free of charge.
