By submitting your order you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. If the order is to be sent to an alternative delivery address, the recipient must also be above 18 years of age and may be asked for proof of their age upon delivery. Any images provided on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may not be a true representation of how the product currently looks – an older vinatge for example. We do endeavour to keep the text description of the product up to date and this will reflect the product as it is currently available.
All wine prices on this site are per 75cl bottle and spirits 70cl unless otherwise stated. Prices include UK duty and VAT at the current rate. Whilst we make every effort to ensure prices on our site are correct, prices may change from time to time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, increases in duty, VAT or other taxes or adverse currency fluctuations. Should this be the case, we will contact you prior to completing your order to advise you of the difference in price. All prices shown on the site are valid for online orders only and are not applicable to transactions made in person at our shop.
Please be mindful that the ABV and vintage of products do change from time to time. Whilst we keep our product listings as up to date as possible, if a vintage or ABV has changed, we will automatically send the newer product once the old one has run out. If it is important that you receive a particular vintage or ABV please make this clear in the ‘Order Comments’ box.
If a particular product is no longer available we may offer an alternative. If we intend to do this we will contact you with the details and you will have to option of a refund at this point. Payment: All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch. Payment is to be made online through Global Payments ‘Global Iris’ or by Paypal. Should you wish you may also pay by card over the phone. We reserve the right to request alternative means of payment (such as bank transfer) for large orders.
Delivery information can be found here. All deliveries must be thoroughly checked for breakages and shortfalls at the time of delivery before being signed for. We are unable to reimburse for any breakages or shortfalls unless they are advised to the delivery driver upon delivery. Any shortfalls or breakages must also be reported to The Bottle Bank Limited within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
We are only able to deliver to UK addresses and regret we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland through our website at this time.

You must notify us of any problems with your order as soon as possible either by email or by phone on 01326 218 319. We will refund any missing or damaged items provided the delivery driver is notified at the time of delivery and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Under Distance Selling Regulations
You may cancel and return your order for any reason within 7 days starting the day after the day the goods were delivered.
We will refund the full amount paid however you will be liable for the postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us.
