If you wish to return something you believe to be faulty:
We will provide a full refund for any wine which we agree to be out of condition. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to notify us or get in touch by phone. We may require the wine to be returned to us and will either arrange for our own courier to collect or ask you to post it yourself refunding any postage costs incurred – please keep any receipts.
If you purchased in our shop, please bring it back with your original till receipt.
If you wish to return something for any other reason:
We’re happy to accept returns on unopened items, which you do not like or have changed your mind about. There are a few conditions, though, which we’ve outlined below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Where applicable it must also be in the original packaging. And for wine, it must be of the same vintage we currently hold in stock. We will consider all return requests made up to 30 days after the initial date of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods may not be returned.
In addition gift vouchers are non-refundable.
If you made your purchase in our shop, please bring the item(s) back with your original till receipt.
If you ordered online, please fill in the form on this page and we will get back to you. Please do not return items without first contacting us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items and bin ends
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or bin ends cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
